nothing at all, they give nothing to remind them for years, worst experience i have with company. HR is unskilled , uneducated, bad behavior, HR work for only company they dont care about employee at all.

hired uneducated person in HR dept due to that we have to face problem in EHS dept.

I like only product. Somehow company has managed to manufacture a quality product that beats even the 2nd largest cement company of India in terms of quality

Dislikes

Though the company has managed to make a quality product. They still don't know how to sell it. No support for ground level officers. And the worst part is that they blame that ground level staff who's working day & night to boost sale and ultimately he gets termination letter. People who are indulged in frauds gets transferred. While those who are making ethical efforts gets fired. 5rs per km is the worst part. Companies like wonder giving 7 rs km and ultratech 6 rs km to their off roll staff. While in Duraton, you'll get 5rs though you are on roll.

Its really a bad company to work.Too much internal poltics in this company.Mangar of this company humilate juniors they want them to be juniors if any buddy done best they play dirty poltics for them. Company top management is no.1 but they dont know whats going in plant. State majority matters.if you done good and have good in mangemnet then whole plant with managers will prove you are wrong. Even manager play politics.
