...k culture. No job security at all. Management and co workers are not supportive. They cut your pay even if you reach 5 min late in the morning and they make you work overtime with no extra pay. #toxic work culture

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I'm and proud and love the fact that I'm a part of a team that market reliable.

Dislikes

Compensation is not up to the mark, but growth is very slow. The worm pressure is very hight. Sometimes,I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.

They need to work alot on building a good and respectful work culture. The environment is non welcoming for new joiners. No mutual respect.

Dislikes

the seniors give you zero exposure and show zero trust. Management is egoistic. The founder member just keep screaming and yelling in office on staff may it be male or female so loud on purpose that the staff feels shame. Appreciation is zero. Only 3-4 select staff who are working their since ages with no great leadership skills are appreciated in any event.

I started working at Duracool with lots of aspirations and expectations.All my Teammates are very supportive and the management is transparent with the employees.My seniors are my best mentors.I am learning a lot and trying to use my experience for the betterment of the organisation.Management here gives the opportunity to work Independently which helps and motivates the employees to grow and fullfil their aspirations.

This is one of the most growing Company in HVAC Field. The Company working culture good and I'm feeling happy to work here. This Company moving forward to their goal to international business.
