They Taught us Skills ,And The Training Period was a Very hard Work period of my life

There was no benefit about to secure job,Salary was Good ,But 1year for Trainees and Other employees and 3 years for need Contracted Employees

It's very good place to describe yourself. Best environment to working here no any Bothered from management and department also but in the lockdown nothing any support from this company. But overall experience is good.

I worked in Dura automotive as Quality Team leader. You can learn new things ,specially documentation they will teach you very well. i worked in Customer Quality. and that department is superb, the senior officer are excellent they will teach you like students in school and too cooperative. the other departments also friendly and co-operative. You can grow your skills there.

If you Get the job on permanent basis as a senior engineer, your life settled. for freshers just 1 year period will be there, afterwards they will terminate you in production department, and in Quality you can work for 2 years in fresher level.afterwards they terminate you

Working environment is good, You could make some time for personal growth which absolutely depends upon individual.

It is a Tier-1 but working culture would look like engineering services. Needs to improve in standardisation for organisation growth. No specific structure for Employee growth.
