One of the challenges I have faced in my current position is that there have been occasional delays in salary disbursements, and there appears to be limited opportunity for performance appraisals. The working environment can also present certain difficulties, and at times has been quite demanding. Due to staff shortages, I have had to work extra hours on occasion. Furthermore, there have been instances of rivalry between departments, which can create unnecessary obstacles and affect productivity.
