Lot many things U cannot as RGM and the company management will treat as a down level and their no respect They I’ll change the words like they want even they I’ll change the process suddenly as they like even they break FSSAI rules also The DGM worthless in company if he hose from the company everything I’ll be settled and it’s gose with good culture And now days people are died with work pressure if this kind of Buckets are there at work they I’ll eat many of life

...when HR saw this one he ask me to write registration letter so I again wrote. My duty was stopped from 23rd still now I'm in room without salary and anything, on 30th April I went to office to check my exit status but HR said need to pay 3500sar for made an accident, I asked that was happened Jan but you asking now he said need to pay money otherwise will not process your exit, I said I'll go labor office to make a complaint HR said go ahead, after arguments I felt we are sleave so no one will listen our voice, I decided to take that money from my end of benefits and do process, later they took some signatures , I was waited 9am to 4pm but they didn't finished my final settlement HR said tomorrow morning but nothing happened, when I called HR again said tomorrow, today also I didn't received. I'm hopeless and depression 😞 , I didn't had 3 times food past 15days due to short of money, i dont know when they'll send me. plan to make my self to kill (suicide) but I'm thinking my lonely mom and family, I have to feed my family I didn't send last two months salary  my kids are studying and this year I have to pay for school fees I don't know what I'll do more thinking on this become mental, If I take any wrong decisions fully responsible for company and management.

...y take a toll. It was the most challenging and rewarding career I have ever had! The benefits and bonus structures were great as well.

No work life balance. I had employees calling me all the time with issues at work. There was an extremely high turnover rate because it is a minimum wage job.

Good settlement money and health insurance besides that, nothing.

Dislikes

Exhausting work with little pay. There’s always stress and pressure from the head office. Customers are always rude and belittles the staffs. There’s unnecessary unpaid overtime. Hard to negotiate with area manager when can you take your vacation. You can’t leave work if there’s emergency due to lack of staffs.

Good for taking work experience in initial stage as career in Gulf countries

Egyptian Management is poor they give good salary to their country people whether they are able or not and qualified people coming from India they don't care.....
