I got this by working here, all the seniors here are familiar and at the same time they understand the ups and downs of the market very well and at the same time I got the best motivation here

There is only one problem here that we compete with each other with our own brand and we have to face problems with the dealers in the market because they have two divisions, detail and domestic and even bigger than that People know them by the name of Double Diamond and if they are to be successful in the city or say in the Up East, they will have to do it from both the divisions and will have to come full flash

Mentally disturb hierarchy No co-operative environment between boss and employee Do not solve employee problem in such manner and in specify time period Company totally run only primary sales Not a need secondary sales (Dunia ka athva ajooba) Ex employees ko maximum torchur karne me khusi disha Company ka koi rule and regulations nhi hona....Agar hoga to apne employee ke saath share na karna Use as a weapons in the company favour only and herrash employee

This was a very good Company. But now it is very risky to continue because all the group companies are closed. No employee has got their retirement benefit after working their full service period.

Only due to bad working atmosphere. No schedule timings.
