If you really wanna grow in your career, don’t ever join this company. It’ll make you redundant to the market. No real skills are needed here. No automation, no technology, no management vision. Attrition is so high which shows why good people don’t wanna stay. Only people in leadership are the ones who are here from 15-20 years. Extremely high politics inside.

...ong with some great leadership seating in call. No one can speak in the meeting. Also says no hike already you came good hike etc and the name of cost saving, they released good team members. D&B left with bad bosses to reflect the work culture. In fact these bad bosses in India training on the work culture in the D&B. No dedicated staff nor place to work. A start-up company like environment for 100 seats leased in Smartwokrs..hire and fire strategy. I suggest to join a start-up company to earn rather than joining this company. .

...ct which i completed and sent through a day in advance of the official deadline. They sent me a proof of payment of 700usd approximately. The money never came through. I gave them 2 different bank accounts for online payment and they claimed they cant pay me unless i link my account to their payment systems. What they never mentioned prior to me signing is that in order to link it i had to pay 300usd which was refundable. This wasnt mentioned in the contract therefore it was not guaranteed in my eyes. I didnt have the 300 and even if i did i would not send them anymore money. It is the company's responsibility to make sure payments go through to their employees and service providers. They then negotiated saying we can each pay half of the amount. This is unacceptable. I as an employee should not be obliged to pay for their authorisations in order to get paid for my job. They didnt even offer to add this as an additional clause to the contract. I have never heard anything like this before. I wouldnt trust this company again. The final straw was that they were disappointed with me saying they lost money by sending through the payment. Which didnt make sense cz if i never received the money it means its still on their side and they can retract it. Total scam, disappointment and waste of time
