They do not give job to outside of Gujarat. Only prefer gujrati employees.

The company is open to innvovation . i am cctv operator and normaly repair.

compensation is decent but growth is very slow.The work pressure is very high .sometimes, i have work 16 hours straight in the day .

This is a good for learning and othr activities, sequre your job, and you have to salary satisfaction, and good achivements.

This is decent, but salary growth is low. The work presure is very low. I have to work 8 hour no more extra duties, otherwise vry compact position than You have work load.

Nothing. They just do not want to cooperate with the other cultures. It’s best for the company to hire people of their own culture rather than hiring other cultures it’s depressing for the other culture to even adjust.

I think the old staff need to understand about the company culture. They are just not ready to adjust with the new employees. They are very rude and just know how to play the blame game. they do not even have the courtesy to compromise or gel up with the new staff. They make them feel that it was a big mistake to even working with them.
