Good salary at joining but no appraisal afterwards, good hoildays

Dislikes

-Promotions are perception based no merit based managers are only interested in a** licking, -no appreciation for no matter how many good task you do but definitely will make a big issue for any minor mistake, Old legacy products ,want you to work on old technology yet expect you to be innovative , micro management, mental harassment, blame game by managers and to save their own a**. -Directors and managers filling up their own pockets and hiring due to siemens instructions but trying to fire older employees -Director and above india office has union and plays favouritism instead of unbiasedness at higher post promoting toxic culture, micro management, mental harassment and pressurising employees to get work out of them yet no appreciation.

Dislikes

1. Biased HR BP. They do not have an HR BP for India office. Ayush Tondon is an (A** H*o*e) and would not listen to his employees. He will act as if he is the boss but he is just a puppet for US people 2. Promotions are purely based on perception and No merits. As long as you are good at a** licking and buttering people you will get promoted. 3. US team will not leave a chance to pin something on you to save their seat on the table. Good part is that the so called HR BP will blindly follow their instructions 4. Directors and above in india office have a union and their favourites employee they will do anything for that favourite employee of they feel like doing it else they will throw you under the bus in a blink of an eye.

Hybrid work mode and office location was good. And one gets the opportunity to work with people sitting across different geographies.

The management needs to be worked upon.Mid level management is poor as hiring is not being focused upon that area. So the team sometime looks haywire not knowing what is to be done.
