Pressure is hectic when it comes to work, not all the time but almost. Really a Good H.R maneger is required for the company. Particularly when it comes facilities its very poor to be frank. No health insurance is provided when it comes to safety.

Always deliver late, never plan and operate with safety and buffer. team being quick and energetic endup squesed to work very late hours due to delay.
