...r colleague personally, no unofficial introductions, no relax sessions, nothing. Just work like a donkey for a salary smaller than an ant, that too without any benefits like insurance, PF , etc. Dear Management, if you're hiring for a full time role, kindly have some courtesy and respect for the employee so that you can train and retain them. Don't act like a cheap 1 dollar freelance client. I couldn't bear all this and left last year, but none of the people are happy with the manager.
