I get a good opportunities to learn in different department.Salary will get timely and job is secure. And a good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year is a dream place to work.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees

Good system and working environment in offices locations mainly HR,medical,training and security.

Dislikes

No team work and support everyone try to secure his job bring his freind or relationship blame game. who doing good give more load and make them poor performers.purchases system very weak. Lot a paper work for small repairs work and spare parts.everything try to sent 3rd parties.

Really taking of employees and strict guidelines for employees to fight against COVID-19. Giving accommodation for quarantine and COVID-19 medical testing to ensure its employees are safe. They supporting excellent.

The remuneration package is one of the best in the middle-east region and a job offering growth with career prospects to deserving individuals.

With different nationalities involved, groupism led to divide & rule policies, which is rampant in most multinational companies.
