Open Market, in open Market not covering all areas. My sageshion is devid area wise, and Appoint the Franchise.In one area that Franchise only have permission to sell, Another area Franchise can't sell in this area. In India it's Success. Like Hub and Spoke. My previous companies Reliance Telecom & Tata Docomo telecom.as same process.

Office is in good place, free coffee and water like other, nothing new or special.

Dislikes

Tons of things... 1) Poor Management no Tech experience 2) Biased 3) In current decade also treatment is like slave. 4) Working as a consultant is like slave. 5) No clear mindset 6) Nobody knows what exactly need to be done. 7) They treat Devs like slave but there expectations like God and robots.
