Nothing gets from the company.

...period.... they didn't provide me proper uniform till the service ended by me. They made extra deduction from our salary without any information! Whenever I go to the Kolkata office, they stay always busy with their own words keep me away from my queries... Always provoke with other. It was serious painful matter.

Salary payment is time to time 0k workers too much behaviour and their mis management is very bad

Workers cooperation is needed but some mental workers not adjusted company was not giving any bonus for workers

It very good and all the staff work as a family.Training part is very good,u work hard u get a salary increase, work environment good ,team motivation.

In DTSS u will be learning more,job secure,all the operation and back office support,

Likes

1. Good for freshers 2. Good for research related activities 3. Not much interference in work by seniors, you can do your work freely 4. Provides platform to freshly qualified M. Com students who wants be a lecturer. 5. Decent infrastructure 6. Provides education from beginner F.Y.J.C. level to PhD and LLM under one roof.

Dislikes

1. Payment is a major issue, it starts with around 12000 p.m. for a degree college lecturer which is around just 30%-40% of industry average. 2. You get appraisal only in terms of responsibility and not in money. 3. I could see my seniors working as lecturer for more than a decade are still getting around 25k p.m. 4. College is not concerned about quality teaching, it just want any random person who is ready to work within 12000 and as per their terms. 5. Expects teachers to do major admin work along with teaching. 6. College do not supports and spend much on extra curricular activities. 7. I worked for around 3 years , but no approval of a single teacher was taken from University, all are unapproved teachers in unaided section of college.

As we all know about the pendamic many companies have thrown away their employees but dtss doesn't do that they've support their employees and good work experience company policies are good..
