Seniors are very co-operative. Salary on time. As a company nice to work. All allowances are paid with EPF, Bonus, Mediclaim etc.

Company operates with too many rules and regulations which discourages clients to work with us. No proper subjective training is available.

Bad experience only , DTDC has to pay me my fuel expense , as a sales person some freedom required to work in the field, every time need to punch the attendance register morning and evening. That's not will work for a sales person.

Good work place and.culture teammates are supportive and the management is not transparent. There is.a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling company policies are good.appraisal are not based on work only relationship with immediate reporting managers. Which.was painful for employees.

...and management doesn't address our issues only wrong comintment year after year.salary and carrier personnel growth is very very.slow.

...o employees who butter the senior. Absolute minimum wage for ground level staff. Salary cut from ground staff if any item is lost or damaged, but not same for senior management.
