Some people of this company are working hard and few are not even know how to work. There are many people holds senior position in this company who are worth less and good for nothing. There are so many nepotism and politics behind the straight people.

This company comes with a vast network and they are expanding day by day. One can experience a growth with the company. For a long time journey it's a good organisation to stay with due to it's job security and management are bit emotional about their staffs.

...Not organised at all. Need to update their process, staffs, IT and over quality. Salary is big reason to worry here.

...ment is a full waste - HR has no sense , only they will call you for interviews - After the salary negotiations and selection, they will tell you that their budget is 7-8 lakhs which is too way less than your current salary. - Idiot Managers, who interview you and select you and ask for a F2F discussion just to meet you and after that they will tell you their budget . Waste company- Never ever go for interviews there. Ashwini Vane , Surya Prakash- HR is totally waste and dishonest person -

Seniors are very co-operative. Salary on time. As a company nice to work. All allowances are paid with EPF, Bonus, Mediclaim etc.

Dislikes

Company operates with too many rules and regulations which discourages clients to work with us. No proper subjective training is available.
