...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are not good and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

It's a very good company specially in the field of logistics company's gives an opportunity to every one to grow and learn continues training and development program is given to the employee to learn and grow fast specially advanced technology have been used in operation Dtdc is a very good company it's been renowned in domestic and international market

Everything is ok specially manegment Is good but the only this this company provide less CTC package as compared to other logistics company

Our co employees are comfortable. Area Manager and Branch Manager are so friendly. They can help to solve some critical operations. Area Manager gave motivation to employees. They can help to smooth operation. They will talk to the other branch to get their not-inscanned shipments are getting scanned. We receive some not inscan shipments from another branch. Our Area Manager talked other branch about not inscanned shipments, And he can make for us inscan shipments properly.

Dislikes

Man power was not enough. Salary is very low. Iam working 12 hours shift. And some employees working 8 hours shift our salary is almost same. And also I have 14 months experience. 8 hours shift employees are fresher's. Our trally was not working well. Our systems are very slow for some operations. Stationery also not enough.
