New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. The weekly review mechanism for ACM and above is done very aggressively. If the weekly target is not achieved then the seniors treat very badly to the subordinates on the concall.

If promotion then no increment in salary No support Work life balance 0 Lop at max Sundays working and no leaves No holidays They'll hire you for incentives and give you nothing It is a scam, don't ever go for it, it is better to not have a job Everyday They'll pressure you to leave the company Every second day reviews They will break you down Make you feel helpless and good for nothing They make you work plus 12 hours Bad internal politics All are corrupt and they eat money No festivals

- IT support is so poor. - work of your senior will forcefully given to junior employee. - senior level person will never support you and never gave you a correct guidelines. - everytime customer suffer because of poor management.

Seniors are very co-operative. Salary on time. As a company nice to work. All allowances are paid with EPF, Bonus, Mediclaim etc.
