I have a salary issue even they said that not to take leaves atleast 1 also. I dislike this because I'm a girl I also there problems but they can't understand that I dislike this point.

Its a franchise based company . Everything depends on the franchise owner . The salaries are low , workload is heavy and timings are long . If you are working at Dtdc head office at different states , then the companies rules are followed . But at franchise level , it always depends at the whims and fancies of the owner . Job security is nill , there is no such as work culture and company policies doesn't exist .

...you are working at its head office , then the conditions are average and tough . Training is on the job , career growth is slow , salary are average , job security is poor .
