... a marketing exe.., but i am studied in finance. now i have a work satisfaction. and salary is also with in time or before, when i came to dtdc i have learned SAP, and proficient with excel..

...ing but job security poor as well career and growth not so good. I had worked 4.5yr but not get any chance to enhance my skills as well as not increased even salary, appraisal.

Teammates are friendly and family nature. Job security poor ,career growth poor, salary/appraisal /promotion poor, politics is going on this company specially. Work environment and learning is average. Work life balance hectic.

The salary comes on time . And promotions are also done as per the performance parameters is achieved.

The weekly review mechanism for ACM and above is done very aggressively. If the weekly target is not achieved then the seniors treat very badly to the subordinates on the concall.

...o employees who butter the senior. Absolute minimum wage for ground level staff. Salary cut from ground staff if any item is lost or damaged, but not same for senior management.
