No support to employees in this crisis time , not releasing the salary from last 2 months , no proper response from our higher management & also HR Team

As it is entirely based on franchises , there is no proper SOP in the organisation & very difficult to solve any type of issues

Salary promotion, biased towards me as an employee.. I didn't get promotion and salary well other person who does nothing got promotion and salary increament that's why I resigned from DTDC.. Arshad Patel ZBH is the egoistic who is making people resign from DTDC

This company is growing up day by dy. No delay of salary..Lot of department here, henceforth scope to learn multiple working procedure.

Dislikes

There is no open forum with senior Management. Very low increment . Always pressure to the Junior staffs..No motivation to the Junior staffs

...to grab knowledge from every segment. Some people are really nice. Team is good. Best part is Salary on time. Culture is good. Job pressure is there yet feels like Govt job. Company is fast moving now.

Some people of this company are working hard and few are not even know how to work. There are many people holds senior position in this company who are worth less and good for nothing. There are so many nepotism and politics behind the straight people.

This company comes with a vast network and they are expanding day by day. One can experience a growth with the company. For a long time journey it's a good organisation to stay with due to it's job security and management are bit emotional about their staffs.

Dislikes

...Not organised at all. Need to update their process, staffs, IT and over quality. Salary is big reason to worry here.

Hi, I'm here to share a part of my journey from the past 12 years in my career, I started from a package of 3.6LPA in 2013 at iGate and due to a few bad decisions on my career and worthless advices from people who are always pessimistic about the industry, I switched two companies and landed in a start-up with 2.4LPA. I worked hard nearly 8-16hrs a day single handed researched, built and managed an entire vertical of a project for 8 years. When the company didn't value my contribution and thought I was too young to become a manager, I had a package of 6LPA and Senior developer in designation. I switched for obvious reasons to a TL role for 12LPA and now at the same company I'm a TPM on the basis of my contribution with 48LPA as a fixed component. I feel outclassed in terms of having a fancy CV with certifications, I feel like CTC has hit a peak with 48LPA being fixed and nearly 40% in Variable. Most companies are hesitant to hire me because of this. What should be my next move?
