Excellent work life balance, good appraisal , salary benefits and nice job security. Very good company for java and angular developers.

Dislikes

Java is the approved language they use for backend applications development. Even if they hire you for a role in another language , they will ask you to work only in java. However your actual work will come only once a year, that too will be a small script.

It feels good to work in a Product company. Provides good work life balance and many benefits are added recently

There are very limited opportunities for Senior analysts from finance background to level up.

It's a ground rule for surveys that you don't force the person for answers who is doing you a favour by taking part

Dislikes

Don't force those who provide voluntary feed back to your survey with annoying validations. This is poor survey definition, Ambitionbox.

You can meet some really skilled and forward thinking pelple.

Lack of flexibility - company seems not to have progressed and is stuck in the old ways. Employees are being ‚policed’ and pressured to come in to the office even though they have a gnuine reason not to - why can’t DTCC be a great leader and show innovative and optimal approach to working? HR is not proactive in standing up for employees. Competitive and finger pointing culture.

So for my journey in DTCC is good considering my growth and job satisfaction.

Dislikes

Technology injunction here is less compare to market. Due to lot of restriction new technologies and corresponding initiatives are moving in less speed.
