Have you ever seen a company that emphasizes professionalism and mandates training on workplace behavior, yet tolerates employees with serious behavioral issues? There is a recruitment employee named Vinodha(Associate director) who frequently disrupts the work environment, especially during events, by shouting in an unprofessional manner. She has a team spread across both blocks, and they regularly gather to gossip and make noise on the office floor. Despite multiple senior management members raising concerns with the HRBP, no action has been taken—perhaps out of fear or reluctance. It is unclear why the company continues to accommodate individuals who exhibit such unprofessional behavior. Vinodha frequently visits our B block, where she joins another group and engages in loud, disruptive conversations. She communicates in an overly casual and informal manner, behaving as if she holds authority simply because she has been with the company for a long time. Additionally, she openly criticizes management on the office floor without maintaining any decorum. It’s concerning that no action has been taken against this behavior. If the management were to conduct a survey on her conduct, the results would likely highlight the extent of the issue.

Excellent work life balance, good appraisal , salary benefits and nice job security. Very good company for java and angular developers.

Java is the approved language they use for backend applications development. Even if they hire you for a role in another language , they will ask you to work only in java. However your actual work will come only once a year, that too will be a small script.

There are very limited opportunities for Senior analysts from finance background to level up.

It's a ground rule for surveys that you don't force the person for answers who is doing you a favour by taking part

Don't force those who provide voluntary feed back to your survey with annoying validations. This is poor survey definition, Ambitionbox.

There are some good and talented people there despite their not being recognized as such.

Promotions are dependent on who you know and DEI... not on merit as a rule. If you are not a favorite of a Managing Director and hope to advance, look for another company. If you make it known that you aren't happy with that, you can expect to be on a layoff list as IT doesn't like dissenters. Senior Management in IT is sorry to say either clueless or doesn't give a damn about the rank and file. I know a number of people that are looking for alternative employment. Having spend a good piece of my career there... I can't blame them.
