Company has good culture and environment. Really good to work.

Contractual employees should not be taken, take it on payroll. And for contractual employees to hire then gives benefits also to them and the salary also should be more and so that contract employees would not leave the job early.Contractual employees also does not have any personal leave or sick leave or any kind of leave, they have only one paid leave every month.And the timing is 8:30 to 5:00 and their is no holiday on Saturday for contractual employees, but holiday for DSM payroll that is totally unfair.

Common Policies are employee friendly and best in the Industry. Work life balance is good.

Flat Organization Structure dismotivate employees with desired designation
