This is very selfish management, HR having zero authority, Salary is big issue this company, those are currently working & those are left the organization are badly struggling for they pending salaries & dues. I am strongly recommended not to join such organization.

...more than 1year otherwise there is no chance to join this organization any more. Salary structure is very poor also you will not get any increment within 2years after joining. you will get salary after 2month. HRs are not good. they will not help you if any document pending by them. so overall i would say experience candidate do not join this company.
