...more than 1year otherwise there is no chance to join this organization any more. Salary structure is very poor also you will not get any increment within 2years after joining. you will get salary after 2month. HRs are not good. they will not help you if any document pending by them. so overall i would say experience candidate do not join this company.

Company never pay salary to employee. Worst company. I faced Salary issue in this company. HR ms sayara is very baster and sily ms dipti dont have knowledge for HR policy. She is also sily. Because of both HR many employe didn't got salary of their work

If u have joining the company u r getting salary after 2 months.then how should a new joiner manage.and main thing they have not tell the payment structure. For new joiners it is a good company for grab the knowledge.

...e jobless but don't join this company. They are not going to pay your PF amount. You will get salary only one time in 6 month, even after much follow-up about salary. I have worked here for two months even without salary.

The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me.
