Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. ...more than 1year otherwise there is no chance to join this organization any more. Salary structure is very poor also you will not get any increment within 2years after joining. you will get salary after 2month. HRs are not good. they will not help you if any document pending by them. so overall i would say experience candidate do not join this company.

day by day shift rotation, over duty, etc..etc..

From the day of joining still now having salary issue. Salary credited after 1 month from the dew date. 1 year PF is still pending .

Dislikes

No support from HR as well as Project manager regarding salary issue and other personal problems

No increment,high salary related issues,poor HR policy,even HR do not coordinate with you if there any issue.
