Safety and care for Environment is the most priority for Firmenich. Working environment is quite good. Now company has taken initiatives to give opportunities to downstream people for their individual growth by giving them individual assignments. Company has huge AC cafeteria. Supportive and transperant management. They give Yearly incentives upon market review. Over all, we can say job security is there.

Salary is quite good. But increments is average of 7_8% annually & career groth is v slow for others except Engineering trade.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Good safety culture, Cafeteria I nice, AC bus facilities, followed 100% compliance, work life balance, Management is quite good, Teammates are supportive .

Salary Is good but no career growth, No further technical knowledge improvement, There is avg. 7_8% hike only every year, welfare is limited, lots of formalities....so on.....

DSM-Firmenich’s unethical practices are deeply disappointing and alarming for a company of its global stature. They frequently recruit talent from their client organizations and pressure them to disclose confidential internal information. Once they’ve extracted all the valuable client information, they then force these employees to resign without providing any valid reason, often by demeaning and undermining them. What’s even more concerning is that common fragrance developers and perfumers working with them often collaborate with competing brands, openly sharing sensitive insights across clients — a clear breach of trust and ethics. Employees are forced to participate in these unethical practices and are threatened with forced resignation if they refuse. Worse, they’re told that non-compliance will lead to the deliberate destruction of their professional careers. It’s shocking to see both HR and senior commercial teams not only aware of these practices but actively supporting them.
