soil conservation department is a purely govt of odisha and he had taken the centralized project i.e. watershed which is purely temporary basis on 7 years. i am satisfied to work here but it had been achieve many more projects to increase ground water as well as stop soil erosion. with it had been goes to check migration on rural areas.also i am interested to work construction line in any dept. but here different also. in every ground i have taken happy after i completed a work in village with the help of villagers , farmers because their farmers happiness. etc

Dislikes

i am dislike its salary package i.e 10000/- per month and TA.DA 1000/- which is not sufficient to one person . is this amount goes to a family person?and it is can not continue month to month. govt also talk us to taken a rented house , own fooding, far away work villages, own expenses paper, pencils etc including this amount.

During my last role, there wasn't much room to grow my career in addition to my skills.

Company management is good. They always respect to good employees

There is no HR Manager. Totally mismanaged. 2-3 top person are playing games/politics as they don't know anything and always walk around the management. Company owners/management are very helpful and good in nature

Work culture and office environment is very bad . No work culture there .No future in this company

A lot of politics among higher post.there is no future project in this company. They are binding up the company.

I love the fact that i am a part of a consultancy team.I get a travel allowance .My colleagues come from different cultural backgrounds, and we work happily. They all are friendly in nature. Our team member are co operative and helping in nature.

Dislikes

The work pressure is very high due to slow work in progress.I have to work 12 hours. our boss behaviour is very rude with staff member.
