Working in a DSA is a terrible, they are searching for young people to exploit only!

* Salary is too less * Never Expact Incentive even if you achieve the target * Be patient to get your monthly salary at next month, there is no such fixed date. * Your Salary can be fully hold anytime if you are not satisfying owner * Working environment is not so good to work and you have to do many extra work which is not in your job profile * They never fulfill their commitment * No appreciation for your extra efforts

Flexible work hours and good people good enviornment , good personality , daily meet and contact new people and different personalitys , learn so many things ,learn how to pretend self

There have all work target and the target never be complete because we are talking with so many peoples but now they want loan or not this is totley on the coustomer

Jab hum costomer ko sab lone ke EMI. ।।ROI.. Term lone CC OD ke bare batane ke bad bhi wo jab Disbursement nahi le raha tab thoda bura lagta hai😅

Good company can manage leave as per convenience don't have pressure of login and office hrs

I had worked with one DSA but for ther growth it was sutable for me my need is experience and salery increment that's why I don't like that job

It’s quite challenging job but lot it learning with hard core work culture and no place for day dreaming . Options available according clients exact needs. You may predict your earning of the month and can manage up to your expenses .

No as such dislikes, but due to variable not fixed income sometimes you may get tight in money flows.
