I got a lot to learn there but there is no career or future there.

Salary is low, appraisal is not done on time, management is not good, lot of time issues. Specially for girls they are made to work till 8 in the night, no overtime is given even if they work for more than 12 hours Or no incentive for extra work

All staff and seniors are very good and well behavior . Seniors are very kind and supportive nature, specially HR Mam and LAP TL Mr. Kripa shankar sir. Company policy is also good. Environment in Company is workable and safe. I am very lucky to have opportunity to work with DS Solution, its amazing experience. Thanku so much DS Solution to give me this opportunity. 🙏

I dislike everything environment how the teach how they treat a employee as a servant this salary should we do not we get a salary on time but salary is not enough according to the work this so many workload timing issues and lots of thing

Salary is very bad in this company. There is no future for anyone. They will not increasing salary not even give you any leaves for urgent work. And one of the most important thing management is very worst. If u complete the traget or do extra work still they dont care they just see their benifits. And when they dont need u they will force u too resgin from the company by xyz reason. So i just want to tell everyone dont work here future nahi hai koi is company me waste of time.🤨

Kuch bhi acha ni h yaha 14bghante kaaam krate h salary 8K dete hai or ager chuti Lelo to probin sidha nikal deta hai chahe wo amergency chutti ho
