Not given any training to the teams, work environment & work life were not good.

Compensation was decent, but behaviors of seniors were not good towards the team members. There is no on-job training for the employees.

The infrastructure of company is world class. Rest all the things is just OK. Work Culture- Very Old tactics, You can not even connect with other department people just because they have safety issues of data sharing its will stop the new learning without knowledge sharing. Management - Likes only hard worker not smart people work here comfortably or you can say old employees who are working more than 10+ years they don't want any kind of changes only because of their job safety due to which newly comers or young blood who joined this organisation are not able to survive even more than one year, Company Policies - Travel and benefit policies is very bad they even not provide money to eat good food while travel. Career Growth & Opportunities - I just say never come if you are young blood otherwise you will become disable due to no new work opportunity and learning. No R&R activity, No encouragement for your good work, only those will grow who will ready to buttering.

...pent 5+ years they are in to comfort zone and they can easily divert the senior. Salary structure is not updated with market trends so company loose the better candidate. There is no outing for team for stress management. They like hard worker not smart worker.

No job security in this company. And If you working in NER (Assam) with this company then your job is not secured because of Bosses. If unfortunately your 1month target is not completed for some valid reasons then Bosses are says "you should resign your post or you will be terminated And you will be terminated in such a way that you will never be able to work in any other company". Earlier this company was very good but now such bosses have joined this company that they don't even know how to work properly. They just threaten to terminate you on every small thing, apart from this they don't know anything. Because of this the sales are already very low but if you don't understand your employees and make them feel that they are in a safe place then the sales will get worse
