An old man living and thinking in late 90 s,who thinks he owns you.that old man has no manner and don't know how to behave.he is biggest problem and even biggest joke of century he refuses the employees of company to go to bathroom for their nature call.see his mindset.

The work culture here depends on the type of department you are in, although all three working departments are good, like quality, production, and maintenance. The problem is on the side of management, I had a terrible experience with the management. Only the name of the group is big but inside the management, the performing level is very poor and their trust is very dishearted.

Dislikes

The management and the HR department is not trustworthy. They run the company on lies.
