Good work environment and culture Colighs and mangers are supportive. Good appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year I'm full happy with that company

I'm not happy with work hear past 6 month bcz there is lots of politics every day tourchering to resign the job like that

Nothing. Company is heavily funded so can easily take teams at a higher package but one will actually forget whatever he has learned from his experience as the top management is not from the industry so there will always be lack of clarity in terms of everything

The company must hire someone from the industry, IT guys cannot drive the sales team

There is nothing to like bcoz its dairy product.. and we are in sales so everyone no how much pressure is in.

Company is not giving any value to the SR but SR are the pillar of company. Their job security is zero. And they are doing too much hard work. So overall the company culture we can say is not good.
