I like the teammates especially the mentors from Kenya since they are ready to help and teach others from their experience. I get to travel for training opportunities to Kenya that gives me a chance to look differently. Inside country travel for training and experience sharing was also better. I also like the work environments, since it was pretty clean and independent from interference of politics and other issue. The innovative research activities was gave me an excellent experience in my carer.

Dislikes

The salary was not comparable was the workload; even it was not enough to lead a normal life as an independent employee. As a result of this i was always expecting to work other jobs with my extra time. Their was no extra time compensation or salary. Even the work was short time contractual and as a result i was i have a fear to lose a job( Job insecurity). Even their was no any security related training as an independent organization. The worst thing is their was no any contractual agreement about compensation; even they didn't gave me any experience letters. The work-life balance was hard to talk!!!
