Definitely a good place to learn and have a wide exposure through all the levels of a corporate. An environment full of potential to learn and grab as much experience for a fresher. Innovative minds are the only necessity here and a hard working personality.

Dislikes

Appraisal and increments are the only areas where it lacks but with the coming growth of the company this might get better
