As this is service/ product based company, salary is good for people who can negotiate it.

Dislikes

People are good. Sometimes favourites get better hike. Job is secured as long as your work is highlighted in a good way else you don't get a bench, it's directly POP and bye bye from company.

-Zero Job Security -Zero Work life balance -Hire and Fire strategy. -Zero Vision with management, they think all the things will happen as a magic. -Have only 1-2 client projects rest all projects are internal and scrap. -They hire candidate for a specific project and fire if project is over or gone. -3 months notice period and they do maximum possible harrassment to employee during the notice period. -HR is having Zero decision making powers. -Chairman can come in meeting and shout on anyone randomly just because of his other frustration in a very unprofessional way. -Employees used to work in weekends withoud any compensation. -It is not a real MNC company only 3-5 people in USA managing all, only 2 offices with the strength of maximum 50.

Everything , location is terrible (when you will see u would laugh,and tensed at same time), work culture worsen I have ever seen , office politics is on peek , there's two team one in Ahmedabad and Noida. Ahemdabad team does want you to grow, mostly development side controlled by ahemdabad,on your appraisal time they delayed and some time put you in PIP to avoid give appraisal, Even if they give appraisal just that bare minimum

I have been working with Droisys for few years and the good part is 1. Management is approachable quickly 2. Issues is being discussed and addressed if reached to right set of people 3. Good technology exposure, work life balance, comp off if any late hours work 4. People caring culture. Leadership focus on people

Location can be more fency otherwise everything else is good

At times, Updates on project changes or key decision are slower to reach the entire team, which can impect efficiency.
