Saturdays are frequentyly working days, and shift ti,img are inconsistent making work life balance difficult

You won’t get promotion easily. You won’t get respect here if you or not from their cast. They will treat you well as per their needs. Overall culture is very worst. Lot of politics is there they have 70% people form their village and relatives. People or not that open minded. You won’t get work from home .
