...r authority did politics when the appraisal time came. Work culture is average . Best part is salary on time and in the year end don't expect salary increase. Some managers are really good honestly speaking, mohit sir and Vikas sir.

They do mental torture to you . They doing politics before taking the daily meeting about employees so that they can harras employees in front of all.overall it's average organization.

Except the team where I was working and my manager. Overall Drishti employees and some team manager are supportive and cooperative in nature.

Dislikes

The Manager under whom I was working. RIDICULOUS LADY. She is extremely unprofessional. She don't know how to behave with every employee. Lack of professional work knowlege. She always ask us and take help of us without putting her efforts to the work. She don't have the ideas of HR practices and functions. Forced employees to resign from Drishti Group. I don't know why the management choosen her as a HR manager who doesn't have a silly knowledge of HR. Always showing that she is superior than anyone in the organization. But who knows the truth ...they all say she is zero...totally zero.
