I worked here for over 2 years and initially my experience was great. Great office space. Lot to learn about other industries.

Dislikes

Management quality has depleted drastically. Hr has become useless and pupets of the manager. Your manager is drained mentally and he/she drains you further.

Likes

1. Working environment and culture is very good. All the TL's are very kind and helpful. They will literally treat you like a family member. 2. Drip have lot of smart and intelligent folks and working with them gives you a lot of experience. 3. Work they are doing is really excited(even more for backend developers)

Dislikes

I am not able understand the management policies what they want to do. First they fire ~30% of people(because of some fraud to compensate) then people started resigning from the company. Myself don't know what is happening with Drip right now(as on 21st/March/2023).

Likes

Company policies, work culture, management is awesome at Drip Capital. I love almost everything about Drip Capital. I haven't had chance to work with such an amazing company in my past 10+ years of experience.

Dislikes

I won't say I dislike this but everyone is preoccupied with multiple things so it takes little time in getting your thing done. Of course top priorities does get the required attention.

Likes

Head of Marketing at Drip Capital challenged me a lot and encouraged me to fix multiple basics and leakage within the marketing ecosystem. Moreover, a few people in lack of basics ruined the culture. Their vision were super crystal clear that we had to wear "FOG LIGHT" to navigate, IYKYK.

Dislikes

Low brain people sitting in the same organization with no impact or real work. They got promotion because their parents are there in the system and they massage their ego and fake knowledge.
