i used to see floating wages & Daily Dredging Reports & data backup & see system lan connections VPN connected to Head Office to work Microsoft 365 Dynamic Software to work ERP indents requisitions purchase orders to give work group permissions to concerned sections Hod's to Sanction the Approvals.. In My job daily to talk All projects any issues to solve and see any net work issues net emails connections NIC to head office ., My bosses all are good and Support to me for my attitude and giving respect to my bosses..

JOB SECURITY IS GOOD,WORK CULTURE HAVE TO IMPROVE A LOT,MANAGMENT IS CONFUSION,COMPANY POLICIES ARE HIGH STANDARD TO FOLLOW.

TEAMMATES ARE MOSTLY ARROGANT,TRAINING IS GOOD,SALARY OR APPRAISAL IS NOT IN SIGHT AT ALL,POLTICS ARE VAST ENOUGH TO MAKE U FELL IN DISTRESS.

Very good colleagues, without any pressure in work, good support by superiors, time to time payment, less work load, etc,

Dislikes

Only thing is sometime we are forced to work which is not our designated work, by superiors, who just want to show they ego's and very less salaries compare to pvt companies, and not timingly sign off, though it's our right to have pvt cabin still force to stay two people In one cabin, these are forced by superiors or master illegally, superiors go against our rights. And no health schemes given by company to floating employees and families.

Likes

The company is not open to innovation and not aware of latest technology methods to adapt. The top management is not much involved with latest skills and unable to assess ground reality. No case study before bid for a project and incurring heavy losses after unsuccessful completion of dredging projects and more often lose bids and struggling for existence.

Dislikes

There is no coordination between departments and decision making is very late and not justified. most improper monitoring of systems and no expertise is existed in the company. Most of the employees are recruited for nothing and there is no production is always below the average.
