Dreamtime Learning School has grown me from a fresher to head of a department, giving me opportunities which most others wouldnt. Its easy for people to blame management while disregarding many facts that they management is always going to look out for the company but that doesnt mean it doesnt look out for the employees

Dislikes

Not much honestly. Its a job, what do you expect, Love and Affection? If you dont get it at home dont come looking for it at the workplace.....

Sometimes adapting to new technologies is difficult but the administration tries to provide us with all the needed support.

Our school really focus on maintaining good relationships with our parents. It helps me a lot because I get more organic people interested in what we offer without having to try too hard. Our school is known for being really good, so it's easier for me to talk to new customers. When I first started, I was a bit overwhelmed, but my team helped me a lot. They made everything easier for me.

After joining DTL I got the oppurtunity to work with experienced leaders which helped me to progress my learning curve.

There are no specific dislikes but they can give an option of work from home for the roles which are not required to be present at the work place.
