1.No salary I'm hand at the end of month. 2.They want you to work for 40 hours a week and if you don't make a sale you earn nothing at the end of the month. 3. Leads or enquiries are a waste as the prices they have are higher than competitors so you can't add you margin and sell tickets. 4. No in bound calls recieved from customers it's pure cold calling and you ladn on to customers voicemail. 5. if you don't sell the companies other travel products with the tickets then they reject your sales hence for them they issued the tickets and make profit but eventually since it's sales rejected you make nothing this is completep exploitation.

Its a commissioned based job. All you will be dependent on making sale. You have to deal with new and old customers and have to sell flight tickets on phone. You have to cross check prices of the itineary in the online to keep it low to sell it. Sometimes it is possible to keep big profit margin and sometimes you have to sell with 0 profit. Clearly speaking, if for example: is you keep 100 USD as markup dont even think that you will get 100 percent of it. Percentage varies from 3% to 23%. So keep this in mind. Earning is difficult here like insurance selling. Client are clever because of competitive market. But you will be happy that Agents, Supervisors, Mentors and other seniors are very helpful and treat you good.
