It is very hard to describe, company culture is not good as a professional, salary always getting late, and there is no any increment since 3 year. Due to bond I am staying here.

Work culture is poor. We have to work on more than one project and there is no surety how long you work on that project. Suppose there is need of manpower on other project, they move u on that work. Your work on that project and then move you on some other project. So what u get? Get little knowledge about more project.

There is nothing to b like in this worst compny. In my opinion this firm is froud and all of the members of this firm are cheaters.

Hiring the candidates after taking a big amount from them. There is no any policy of this firm. In my opinion government should blacklisted this company as soon as possible bcs no one in this company is giving there cooperation with any employee. So, hated this company to much.

Job security was good according to work experience. employees team coordination was good in sense of hard word. work culture depend on icds. management was good because both of company guide me. company policies was good.
