Very low appraisal and if we raise any concerns then the company marks employees as under performer and lays them off without any proper reasons.

Actually i have joined there for long carrer once the project completes they dont see the perfomance of the employees they dont respond and answer the reason of removing employee

Doesnt have a plan to accord team ans the management dont solve or track the solution at starting stage of project once client complaints only they start searching solution
