... to work 24/7 and if you raise any concerns u’ll be questioned with performance. Always salary is delayed and there will be no proper communications about it. Very low appraisal and if we raise any concerns then the company marks employees as under performer and lays them off without any proper reasons.

Alternate Saturdays off are sometimes disturbing to me.

Actually i have joined there for long carrer once the project completes they dont see the perfomance of the employees they dont respond and answer the reason of removing employee

Doesnt have a plan to accord team ans the management dont solve or track the solution at starting stage of project once client complaints only they start searching solution
