GF salary Vs. My salary
Me and my gf have been dating for 5 years. Back in 2020, I started my career with a package of ₹5 LPA. Over the years, I’ve reached ₹22 LPA in 2025. She started her journey with ₹3 LPA(2020) and is now earning ₹8 LPA(2025). We’ve been in a live-in relationship for around 2 years, and the idea was to share expenses equally. But, equal sharing never really happened. If we go to a café she likes, especially with friends, I will pay the entire bill. We only split the house rent and grocery bills. I told her lots of time to cut down these costly cafe expenses or earn more money, increase your package, study and work hard, but.....she is now in her comfort zone. Being from a tech background, I have seen people upgrade their skills and package for a good life in metro cities. I am ready to support her in her studies, but she is like I am earning enough for myself.... No, you are not. I love her, but I don't know how to overcome this issue between us. Please suggest!

Don't even go there for the interview You'll just waste your time . I don't know what is to like about this consultancy. 1:- No Security:- There is no safety and security of the both male and female employees, anybody use to enter in the office as door lock system was not installed even after repeated request since the starting. 2:- No skill and personal growth:- They will just handle you one profile for one location and will make you work on that for 4-5 months. You'll not be able to learn anything new here. 3:- CV Feedback:-You'll not get feedback of the CVs that you have shared for the interview. When you'll ask about the shared CV they will say "Will Update", "I will check". They I'll take a more than month to if CV is shortlisted and you have to schedule the interview of the candidate. 4:- Rejected CV Feedback:- The CV that were rejected when asked for the reason they always say "Unko CV Jama nahi" no proper reason for rejection of CV, *They'll not provide JD for any profile*. 5:-Target:- If they want to take you out from the organization , they'll start targeting you so that you quit by yourself, the way they target is by giving you the same profile for a for whole for 2 weeks until the time you yourself quit the organization, they'll not give you feedback, they'll give false feedback of the candidates. 6:- Hygiene:- They don't even know the meaning of hygiene just 1 dustbin for whole office (the garbage is not even taken out on daily), the coffee machine ( which is cleaned ones in 2 months) is just above the office dustbin, the condition of the washroom is disgusting and pathetic there are no toilet rolls, no hand sanitizers, one can feel to puke while using the washroom . (There is no first aid box in the organization). 7:- Action to complain:- There was one MD who use to smoke inside the washroom even he knew that there are smoking zone in the building and after complaining it to another MD Mr. Javed Khan never asked him to stop smoking inside the washroom which is inside the office and told us "we'll discuss about this" which is his usual response .

...eone has expired in your home. They want you to work even if you are on leave. They deducted Rs 1500+ amount from my salary for 1 day leave (which I already informed through mail). *One of the female MD also said that don't say anything to Mr. Javed Khan regarding the issue you are facing on CV shared and feedback update as he'll take the things to his male ego as he is man and head of the family.*

No job security, they do give salary on time but late candidates cv reply, no employment engagement activity, they will not entertain late comers but will surely give 2 hr of lunch break for employees if they are going for namaz on Friday. They would want you to just sit in front of the laptop and not take any breaks in between.

earlier my sr. colleague was rude to me and made things intolerable by humiliating me by several manner and behavior. my MD was very nice guy and also gave me another chance to work but this time ala!s my father was serious and referred to cmc vellore for a long duration, I had to left the job again.thanks a lot to MD sir.
