Worst to work with, no one knows how to handle things as owners do not even listen to the people on Seniour post and listen to to lowest post people who do not care about the company’s profit and loss. It’s all about “Chamchagiri” jo chamcha ban ne me best hai uski baat sabse uppar hai.

A like word a terrible to use here, bcz company dont even have like word in their dictionary,an environment having full of negativity, Moraless management.

Think a negative star rating also should be there to describe, bcz one star means there is some level of rating, but company don't deserve this also,company top management have no business ethics, they are ruling employees like a daily basis labour, no meaning of employee policy bcz HR team itself always in fear situation to save their job, management always use abusive language and very rude behavior, in company environment you have to forget your personal or daily life, there is no meaning of some emergency situations weather you are in hospital or some other kind of emergency, bcz you have to answer their call messages first, keeping aside your current situation, top management itself need a basic training on work environment, sustaing up and down time of business, detailed go through a corporate behavioral and many more to run a corporate culture or a startup.
