...ave a very strong reason that due to pandemic we can't afford to give increment. but reality is they have saved more during lockdown for example electricity cost they don't have to pay. still they're not ready to give increment. beside all these there is no opportunity to grow your career they're working on very simple and boring projects. and main thing senior employees who has been working there since 7-8 years they don't write a single code and get increment 30-40% yearly. very strange and those who are working honestly doesn't get at least 10% increment. strange but true.

We are indian but company treet like we are from another planet... Something like aliens.. QA manager don't know what is QA. In hindi and gujrati we can say that manager is like owesi asrudiin. If you fight for the rights they will not give feedback... Policy like layoffs every 3-5 months. It's ok to become a waiter but do not job in the company. Company CEO is also JOKER. We can say that rahul gandhi of drc don't join company save india save yourself. Jay mataji.

HR are not employee centric they always do work for higher authority.The policy are worst than the small size companies.managmenet is also worst there is not any thing like team coordination.most of time person don't have any work. Most of time they did not know how what other person is doing and what is progress of task and suddenly they jump of to you and said you that hey, need urgent task do anything but complete this today. As a welcome kit you got children Hindi notebook worth of 10rs.in diwali 240rs sweet and done this how HR make there policy.

I have been working at DRC Systems for more than a 3 Years now and I have to say, it's been a great experience. Best part is you can reach out anyone in management directly and they will support you at every step.
