Just want to say that do not dare to work here, they just exploit their employees specially interns. I was working as a UX/UI intern, but these guys treat me like I'm experienced guy or something, they just give work blindly, they want screenshots in every two hours but in this field, we have to think and do the rightful and it takes time, they only want their work to be completed nothing else. First, they ask their interns to agree in working for a year with them then they just fire them in three months with any reason like you are not working well or your efficiency is low we have hired different designers etc. Also, the working hours are 12pm to 8pm but they ask to work more without paying extra, they say this is not a corporate or government job you have to work. And after that if you ask for certificate of completion, they just delay that and if they give, they mention that you were not working well you have unsuccessfully completed your employment and like that, means no use certificate. They have done the same with me and as well as with a friend of mine. Just want to convey that no one is experienced at first, all are freshers in starting so don't exploit them, teach them they will become assest of your company.
